    Course description
    This course deals with issues of internatioanalization at the entreprise level and is focused on the alliances and partnerships policies as well as their detailed implementation ways
    Prerequisites
    The study and analysis of the this course’s contents requires a good knowledge of economics and corporate and business management
    Objectives
    This course is intended as a training package addressed to developing countries’ entrepreneurs in order,
    1. to bring them to a good knowledge of current economic growth, MNE’s policies and operations and FDI flows;
    2. to help their competitive position and grow domestically and internationally by linking with foreign partners;
    3. to make them achieve technological self-sufficiency and innovative capabilities of their own.
    Program
    The course can be shared in two parts.
    The first one, more focused on general aspects, offers a deep descritiption of the current nternational business scenario and a wide overview of the JV forms; then it sets out concept and relevance of strategic alliances.
    The second one analyzes the patterns of internsationalization, focusing on the drivers of the FDI (Foreign Direct Investments) and JV options and then, by a practical profile, highlighting the details of the implementation of a jv process, stressing on legal and technical element of a business negoziations as well.
