Course description |
This M6 course completes the study of the investment project analysis started in the former M5 course.
It focuses on the elements and the process of the financial and economic analysis to use in the study/arrangement/implementation of an investment process. |

Prerequisites |
|
A good knowledge of economics and corporate and business management is generally required. Some topics of the financial package could require an advanced academic knowledge. |

Objectives |
|
This second information set about financial and economic issues of an investment process provides the tools to make a right financial and economic feasibility and sustainability study ; so to have the best result in the evaluation/analysis activity as well as the best final decision about to make the investment or not |
|
Program |
This course deals with:
1) a first part on “financial analysis” with the study of some fundamental issues like, financial coverage, debt/equity analysis , financial performance measurements and quantitative measures of a risk of a project
2) a second related to the economic field with the various methods of economic analysis and the focus on the economic pricing issues. |
