Course description |
The course provides basic introduction on logics and reasons for which bankers and entrepreneurs should have a better reciprocal understanding of their role in the development of the community.
Focalize the importance that local bankers play in a Country, what is done in the world for supporting the general development of SMEs .
How bankers should behave if the want to remain competitive in a changing environment and becoming more helpful to the SMEs, starting form the initial role of SMEs and treating the main skills that are required to undertake the change and the setting up a successful SMEs Lending Unit inside their Banks. |

Objectives |
The course aims animate a discussion on the role of banking industry in certain market environments and to discuss the importance of knowing essential tools for having a better understanding of why it’s so important that Banks get ready for better supporting SME’s growth. Why bankers have to reinforce their SMEs lending capacities how to better understand the entrepreneur’s skills, how to be successful in managing the SMEs business for the purpose of improvement, growth and business diversification inside a Bank. It also aims at guiding the learners to develop a new business approach towards SMEs by establishing Business Unit totally dedicated to SMEs Lending and which are the professional competences and skills of those which will be assigned to these Units. In the meantime will be helping entrepreneurs in understanding how bankers are used to approach SMEs lending.
